Having out-of-date information on your site or links to other websites that are no longer valid will give the wrong impression of your professional standards and you’ll lose those visitors in a flash. Keeping the site up to date will help maximise its potential as one of your key methods of advertising, marketing your products and services and attracting new customers.

- Quick response to all your queries (our aim is to respond within an hour 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and within 24 hours at the weekend)
- 1 hour support period per month i.e. up to 1 hour per month making changes to your website and providing specific support by phone
- Quarterly functionality health check – we’ll check for and repair broken links, test contact forms, maintain image and graphics functionality (e.g. title, loading time), ensure Social Media Share facilities work correctly, etc.
Our excellent value maintenance agreement costs from as little as 25p per day! This will guarantee you priority over other clients who do not have a maintenance agreement with us. It also guarantees that – if we do need to charge you for extra time above that 1 hour per month, this will be at a 50% discount on our normal hourly rate.
